Join us on a culinary journey to the Loire: on Thursday, May 15, the German-French author Murielle Rousseau will present her new book "Loire" at the Centre Culturel Français - with a small wine tasting!

In her book, Murielle Rousseau takes us to "her wild Loire", which has been so dear to her since childhood. The nature, the people and not least the incomparable cuisine make the region so unique and convey the French way of life in the most wonderful way. The author has written her culinary declaration of love to the river in the family's country house, idyllically situated between the river, fields and mixed forests, and presents us with the country, its people and a multitude of recipes - bon appétit!

Murielle R. Rousseau, born near Paris in 1966, grew up in Saint-Germain-en-Laye and now lives with her family in Fribourg. She has already published several cookbooks and lifestyle books, for which she has received various awards, including the Gourmand Cookbook Award for the "best French cookbook in the world". Her most recent book "Christmas in Paris" was published by Christian Verlag.
