Lajos Meinberg Trio | Jazzfestival Freiburg

The Lajos Meinberg Trio is an up-and-coming formation from the young jazz scene in Berlin. It stands for modern creative music, whereby "modern" is always defined as fresh and curious, never as a ban on tradition. They seek their own musical expression in their own compositions as well as in the interpretation of other music. All three musicians are current or former students of the renowned Jazz Institute Berlin and have become integral parts of the Berlin jazz scene. The trio plays concerts in jazz clubs and at festivals throughout Germany.
