Art break: Between easel and beach chair

During an art break at the Augustian museum, Mirja Straub gives a guided tour of the exhibition she curated, "Light and Landscape. Impressionists in Normandy". The focus is on the interaction between the painters and the numerous travelers who visited Normandy from the late 1840s onwards. Is beach life with its bathers reflected in their paintings? Participation costs the regular entrance fee. The number of participants is limited.
