Culinary wild herb excursion

When the invigorating wild herbs awaken from their hibernation in spring, it's time to go out into nature. These young, freshly sprouting herbs, rich in vitamins and minerals, can be used to conjure up small, healthy side dishes for everyday cooking. To make it easier for you to recognize the herbs after the excursion, a herbarium will be created during the excursion. Please bring a small notebook or booklet, pen and sticky tape. The excursion takes place in all weathers. Please come in weatherproof clothing. - Registration required.
