WHAT: In this workshop you will learn how to make your own tincture from the healing plants horseradish and watercress. This is a wonderful addition to your medicine cabinet.
You will also receive a handout to take home with you. You will also learn about the identification, harvesting, drying and effects of the plants used.

APPLICATION: Watercress and horseradish have an antibacterial, antiviral and immune-boosting effect. Thanks to its high vitamin C content, TINKTUR can strengthen the immune system, prevent colds and alleviate colds. It can also help with bladder, sinus and tonsillitis.
