Herb Tour Schlossberg

Herb tour circular trail
On a circular walk on the Schlossberg, we will take a closer look at the wild herbs that grow there. You will learn about their botany and their health value and find out which herbs are suitable for cooking. Which leaves, flowers, roots and seeds are edible and can be used for salads, desserts and healthy snacks? Collecting, drying and bagging herbs will also be covered.
