Free information evening and energy advice

As part of the "Climate-friendly living" funding program, the city is hosting an online information evening on the topic of "Insulating with natural raw materials" on Wednesday, 27 November from 6 to 7.30 pm.

Interested parties can find out how they can reduce heat loss and thus cut heating costs. Architect Carolin Prettner will provide information on techniques and materials and give practical tips on insulating with natural raw materials such as cellulose and wood fiber.

The city is also offering free advice on all aspects of the energy-efficient refurbishment of residential buildings. On Friday, November 29, from 1 to 4.30 p.m., independent and certified energy consultants will be on hand to answer specific questions about renovation projects.

The energy consultation is individual, free of charge and lasts 45 minutes. The offer is aimed at owners of residential buildings in Freiburg. The consultations take place either online via Zoom or at the town hall in Stühlinger, Fehrenbachallee 12.
