Piano duo concert
Thursday, 12/06/2025 / 07:00 PM / Goethe-Institut e.V.
Free entry
The Goethe-Institut Freiburg and the Centre Culturel Français are delighted to present a concert by the piano duo Noémie Berz and Noémi Foucard. The two musicians will take their audience on a musical journey into the sound world of the early 20th century - with waltzes, pavans and atmospheric melodies.
The French composer Mel Bonis is the focus of the evening. Her works in the post-romantic style are considered an important contribution to the development of musical impressionism. The program is complemented by Maurice Ravel's poetic piece "Ma mère l'Oye", as well as works by Sergei Rachmaninov inspired by the French style.
Noémie Berz is a versatile musician who plays a broad repertoire as a pianist, fortepianist and harpsichordist. She places particular emphasis on expressiveness and artistic depth.
Noémi Foucard is a pianist and music educator. She develops new concert formats and combines music with educational and social commitment.
The concert is scheduled for June 12, 2025 at 7 pm.
The event will be followed by a free drinks reception.
Admission is free. Donations for the musicians are welcome.
We look forward to seeing you there in large numbers!
