The summer vacations are not far away!
We have a special offer for children of primary school age for this time of year:

"Come along, stay fit" - under this motto, a children's health week will take place in the community center of the Adventist Church Freiburg (Turnseestraße 59) during the first week of the summer vacations. Primary school children are invited to get to know eight simple, natural health principles with all their senses.

The main aim of the week is to teach children about a healthy lifestyle through play. "WERTVOLL" is the name of the concept and relates to several levels. Not only is the appreciation of each participant important to us, each individual letter also stands for a natural health principle. For example, W stands for water, E for nutrition, R for rest and T for training. It is also about trust, a life without drugs, light and air.

The respective topic is approached holistically with the children during handicrafts and singing, games and lectures, cooking and baking. For snacks, for example, there are home-baked wholemeal rolls with freshly chopped vegetable finger food - very healthy according to Dr. Kohldampf. The homemade muesli with fruit salad also tastes twice as good. Of course, the homemade chef's hat is a must in the kitchen.
Don't miss out on this interactive, sustainable health promotion offer for your children!
