Kelvin Jones. Born in Zimbabwe, raised in England and now at home in Germany, he has had an impressive journey, both as a person and as a musician. After writing his first songs as a teenager, two albums, Spotify plays & YouTube views in the millions and gold and platinum awards to match have followed to date.
Kelvin Jones' art is an immersion in his own identity as well as his European and African influences. A searching and sensing, a researching and finding in the form of music. In 2024, it's a bit funky, a bit retro, somewhere between danceable pop and the driving Afrobeats from Kelvin's homeland - a very unique sound that opens different doors through which Kelvin Jones and his audience can walk together.
