The popular classic puppet show with many well-known characters.

Grandma's birthday is approaching and Kasper has come up with a very special surprise: he has bought her a real cuckoo clock with the pocket money he has saved! And of course he has to show it to the children straight away! Unfortunately, someone else is after the beautiful clock: Robber Rodewald! At an opportune moment, he steals the expensive gift!

What now? Kasper and Seppel take on the tricky task of taking the stolen birthday present back from the robber. But the two friends have to deal with yet another difficulty: the cunning magician Tagolf lives in the dark forest. With a cheeky laugh, the glittering, dangerous magician rises from the depths and presents the robber with an evil plan...

More is not yet revealed, but with the help of the children, the story is sure to end well!
Not only the imaginative puppets and costumes, but also the wonderful stage sets create a cheerful atmosphere when the Freiburg puppeteer David Minuth pulls out all the stops of his acting skills backstage.

Dr. Johannes, Karin and David Minuth are known far beyond the borders of Freiburg for their fairy-tale puppet shows. They write their own texts and also design and create the magical puppets.
