Jazzhaus Singalong - with Cécile Verny and Christian Gutfleisch

A singalong is originally an event for the performance of choral works. The tradition is maintained in countless churches across Europe, from the Royal Albert Hall in London to St Trinitatis in Hamburg. Cecile Verny and Christian Gutfleisch have come up with a more modern version of sing-along, successfully offering old and new hits in English, German, French, Italian, etc ... to an audience willing to sing.

Cecile - supported by her pianist - leads through the evening; she sings along, helps when the melody becomes uncertain and lets herself be carried with pleasure when the audience feels secure. Everyone is invited to sing with joy and from the heart. Young and old, women and men, ambitious singers, budding professionals, amateurs, extroverts, shy people.
