After two very intimate solos, pianist and singer Grégory Privat returns with PHOENIX, a luminous album that celebrates the cycle of life and the constant resurrection from the ashes. A metaphor of the firebird, intended as a sequel to the 2020 album SOLEY. With double bassist Chris Jennings and drummer Tilo Bertholo, he forms an extraordinary trio that moves towards a spiritual jazz between urban pop music, Creole chants and electronic music.
