Japanese chef Keiko Yagi-Beising shows you how she cooks for her family and friends. Japanese food is subtly seasoned to emphasize the taste of the products. The dishes are easy to prepare. We use seasonal and preferably regional products in this course. Among other things, we prepare miso soup, teriyaki chicken and yuan-style salmon.
