Interdisciplinary lecture series on sustainability

As part of the "Certificate in Sustainability" program, the Interdisciplinary Sustainability Lecture Series takes place every year at the University campus Freiburg, this time from 30 October 2024 to 29 January 2025. The series is aimed at all enrolled students, but also at the interested public. Experts from research and practice will discuss the challenges and solutions of sustainable development in tandem lectures and then enter into dialog with the participants.

This year's practical experts come, for example, from the university catering department of the Studierendenwerk Freiburg, the Dachgenossenschaft Wohnen für Alle eG Freiburg and the Forstliche Versuchs- und Forschungsanstalt Baden-Württemberg. Scientific experts from various faculties, the livMatS Cluster of Excellence and the Young Academy for Sustainability Research at FRIAS will also have their say.
