Input and performance on work and psyche

How can people with a mental impairment be successfully included in the primary labor market? In this input, Manfred Hieber will report on a research approach that he pursued in his doctoral thesis, which examines the agency and creative power of those affected who return to the primary labor market with their mental impairment.

This will be followed by a performance by "Die Einzig Artigen - Das Theater mit der Inklusion von Schwere(s)Los! e.V." Does work make you ill? Or does it help us stay healthy? And what about unemployment? In short scenes, people provide insights into their personal working lives. They talk about being ostracized for being different, about coming to terms with a traumatic childhood through a tough working day, about being stigmatized because of a psychosomatic illness or about sexual assaults at work that went unpunished. About everyday occurrences and their sometimes profound effects.

Participation is free of charge.
