Information evening on the Building Energy Act

On this evening at the EWS store in Freiburg, we want to provide information on the topic of heating buildings and discuss the latest legal changes under the heading "Current information on the Building Energy Act".

It is well known that heating buildings is a major problem area for climate protection in Germany, as the CO2 reduction targets have so far been missed by a wide margin. The Building Energy Act (GEG, "Heating Act") is an important component of the German heating transition. According to the latest amendment, newly installed heating systems must be powered by at least 65% renewable energy in future, and in some new buildings this is already the case.

With this event, we want to provide the most important information on heating buildings and break down prejudices and barriers that prevent people from taking action.
