Information event on the new building on the freight yard site

If the municipal council approves the project in the summer, a multifunctional municipal building will be built on the freight depot site. The new building will be called "D4", contain community facilities and housing for refugees and cost 14.3 million euros (as of today).
The construction period will last from mid-2026 to mid-2028. Among other things, it will include a neighborhood room, a children's and youth club, twelve apartments for refugees, a covered sports field and a public communal area on the roof.
This building is to become a contact point for as many people as possible in the neighborhood on the freight yard site.
The background and planning status of D4 will be presented at the information event.
