Painting, as if from another world
In her paintings, Austrian artist Minu Ghedina draws on the spirit of the great painter Jan Vermeer.
Women, standing at the window, illuminated from the left by the sparse daylight, go about their work. In the process, pictorial motifs such as animals or plants creep in, testifying to the transience of nature.
In addition to these very dark works on canvas, she shows luminous enchanted plants and visions of nature on paper, which possibly represent a view after man has overcome the dark ages.

Sculptural collages in pull-out boxes and dresses made of paper round off this mystical exhibition by Minu Ghedina.
