Herdermer summer readings: Verena Dolovai - Village without Franz

Verena Dolovai's debut novel "Dorf ohne Franz" was immediately shortlisted for the Austrian Book Prize last year. Born in Gmund, she studied law and is an interpreter and translator. She writes poetry and prose. She was also represented with a story in the anthology "Geschichten von unseren Großeltern", which was presented in the last season of the Herdermer Sommerlesungen.
