Hammond Jazz Night

Trischler sings and plays on German jazz stages. Her specialty is the quiet, haunting tones that sound very relaxed in English and Portuguese. In her lyrics, Trischler tells personal stories that range from euphoria to world-weariness and melancholy. Her program is a musical trip with soul, jazz and country from North to South America to Brazilian music, which has a firm place in her repertoire as an independent genre. She will be accompanied on this Hammond Jazz Night evening by her long-time drummer Max Jentzen and host Thomas Bauser on the Hammond organ. They will be joined by trombonist Tobias Herzog from Cologne, who has recently moved to Freiburg and has made a name for himself on the European jazz and pop scene in a wide range of styles from hip-hop to free jazz.
