Body and mind are inextricably linked. With this in mind, we train in a playful way to cheer up the mind through the body: feel the lightness of life with music. Laugh heartily with targeted movement sequences. Having fun and being funny really is the best medicine against tension and everyday anger. Laugh instead of getting angry and thus suggest an alternative arousal pattern to the brain.
What you need to bring: A desire for a good mood and curiosity for something new. You don't need humor or jokes. Let yourself be carried away by the energy mix of play, movement and cheerfulness. Be the master of your state of mind and skillfully fill yourself with positive energy.
