Big break: Riso-Club - printing workshop, ideas and inspiration for teachers and professionals from daycare centers and childcare facilities

Class newspapers, posters and mini-zines - the Junge Literaturhaus is regularly transformed into a printing workshop. At the center of the action: a risograph. On our Japanese high-speed printing machine, small and large works of art with the charming appearance of unique pieces are created using the mechanical screen printing process. In pink, grass green and purple, environmentally friendly, soy-based and biodegradable.

The first look is at print products from Freiburg school projects in which children and young people experiment and express themselves in words and pictures. The subsequent workshop demonstrates manual skills in experimenting with shapes and colors. The illustrator Silke Jaspers from Freiburg will provide support in creating templates and prints. A workshop with new impulses and ideas for school and after-school care.

The "Big Break" - our exchange that takes place three times a year - is aimed at anyone who is enthusiastic about literature and how to teach it.
