Take the stress test and the Harvard fitness test, find out your biological age, test vegetarian and vegan food samples and much more... NEW: This time also with hands-on health for children!

With our now annual Health Expo, we have made it our goal to communicate important principles of a natural and healthy lifestyle to the people of our city in a practical and appealing way.
The well-designed, interactive Health Expo, professionally prepared by the DVG team of volunteers and doctors, allows visitors to take measurements and make preliminary assessments of important health parameters such as blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol. Everyone is invited to take part. In our tasting area, visitors can sample various vegetarian and vegan spreads and colorful vegetable snacks free of charge. Health-promoting drinks and smoothies made from fresh fruit are also presented and are very popular.

For our younger visitors, we have various learning and play activities, such as our interactive food pyramid, where they can classify the food themselves.

Another highlight of the Expo is the massage offer in the "Rest and Relaxation" area, led by physiotherapists. Offers on preventing addiction, dealing with stress, teaching strategies for emotional health and self-assessment tests for stress levels are there to encourage our visitors to explore the principles of mental resilience.
