Finissage "Bert Jäger - In the mirror of Art Informel"

Works by Bert Jäger meet selected works (Laaff Collection, Freiburg) by Willem de Kooning, Emilio Vedova, Karel Appel and Asger Jorn as well as works by important representatives of German Art Informel such as Peter Brüning, Emil Schumacher, Karl Otto Götz, Gerhard Hoehme, Bernard Schulze and Fred Thieler.

The integration of the artworks into the existing permanent exhibition links the art of the post-war period with political, social and cultural themes and opens up a view of further facets of the history of the Albert Ludwig University.
