Film screening: "The third brother"

The Documentation Center for National Socialism and the Kommunale Kino are launching the film series "HINSCHAUEN - FilmRäume von DZNS & KoKi" with the film "Der dritte Bruder" (2025). To kick things off, the focus is on family stories. The documentary by director Kathrin Jahrreiss tells a German-Jewish family story spanning several decades. It explores the entanglement, processing and suppression of the Nazi era on a personal and social level. There will be room for discussion afterwards.

The event will take place at the Kommunales Kino, Urachstraße 40.

Participation costs the regular movie ticket price.
