Film premiere Ghost nets

The Baltic Sea is on the brink of collapse - but one crew is facing up to the fight for its survival.

Our new documentary Ghost Nets - Battle for the Baltic Sea follows Sea Shepherd activists on a daring rescue mission. Over the course of weeks, we documented their tireless work - from retrieving deadly ghost nets to exposing fishing violations and working to protect our marine ecosystem.

Together with Sea Shepherd Germany, we are celebrating the film premiere in Freiburg on April 5, 2025 and cordially invite you to attend.

Experience an evening dedicated to the Baltic Sea and get to know people who are doing everything they can to protect the sea and its inhabitants. In addition to the movie, you can expect exciting guests, including campaign leader Florian Stadler and other Sea Shepherd crew members.
