Film: La Grande Bellezza. The great beauty

"La Grande Bellezza - The Great Beauty" is a feature film by Paolo Sorrentino from 2013. An elderly author recalls his passionate youth in Rome. A declaration of love to the Eternal City, captured in magnificent images. The Italian-French co-production has received numerous awards. The evening is a cooperation between the exhibition "Giovanni Battista Piranesi: Vedute di Roma" and the Kommunales Kino Freiburg in the Alter Wiehre Bahnhof, Urachstraße 40, and costs the normal cinema entrance fee.
