Vacation program: Clowns

Vacation program: Clowns - weird, funny, sad?

Are clowns always funny? The rag dolls by artist Marta Kuhn-Weber seem rather sad. She sewed her 8 clowns - which are currently on display at the Museum für Neue Kunst (Museum of Contemporary Art) - from old scraps of fabric in the 1950s. Children between the ages of 7 and 10 take a close look at the materials she used. In the studio, colorful clown collages are created from various materials. Participation is free of charge. Registration is required by August 4, 12 noon by e-mail to museumspaedagogik@freiburg.de. After registration, we will send you a declaration of consent, which is a prerequisite for participation.
