Bicycle workshop for women - or - I can do it too! The ADFC local group team offers help for self-help for female cyclists who are not yet confident enough to carry out maintenance work on their bikes themselves and want to face punctures with confidence.

Goal: You gain the confidence to tighten the screws on your bike, you
