The speaker, Dr. Achim Noltze, a specialist in physical and rehabilitative medicine, gives helpful and easy-to-implement tips on how to keep a cool head.
We are increasingly experiencing exceptionally hot days, which are not only unpleasant but can also be hazardous to health. Older people, children, pregnant women and people with pre-existing medical conditions are particularly at risk. But everyone can do something to protect themselves.
