Introduction to dyad meditation. Recharge your batteries

Dyad meditation is a meditation for two that makes you mindful and alive in everyday life. We explore the power of our needs and resonate with presence and body awareness. In exchange with the group, we develop individual questions and discover new perspectives on our own lives. We come into contact with the wisdom of the heart and explore a new vitality and connection with ourselves and others through being seen and participating. We recharge our batteries with life energy that will continue to have an effect in our everyday lives beyond the seminar.

Course leader: Hoffmann, Silvia. The course leader is a CNVC certified trainer for non-violent communication, couples therapist, Feldenkrais Practitioner ®, physiotherapist, music and development teacher, further training in "Living Compassion and Dyadic Meditation" according to Robert Gonzales.
