Business Panel "Winning digital talent in times of skills shortage".

There has been a structural shortage of IT specialists in Germany for years, and jobs remain unfilled in Freiburg companies as well. This shortage is slowing down the progress of digitization and thus also innovation. What are the needs, challenges - especially at the FR location - and already proven ways? What potentials lie dormant in one's own company and can be used through further training offers? How can lateral entrants be sufficiently qualified for the requirements in the tech sector? How can successful location marketing help to attract skilled workers to Freiburg as a digital location?

What opportunities and challenges does remote work offer to counteract the lack of IT talent? At the panel discussion, we will discuss approaches to securing skilled workers.
