The history of beer and tasting of historical beer styles

Beer has been part of our cultural history for more than ten thousand years, whether as a staple food, a reward, a drink, a medicine or a mystical ritual. Interestingly, the brewing of beer has developed in parallel in different parts of the world, albeit using different methods. Today, we can look back on a multitude of beer styles and brands, which are often best known within their regions of origin. Beer styles are also subject to fashion trends. We know of historical beer styles that fell into oblivion and have now been revived thanks to a creative craft beer scene. - We will taste seven different beer styles and immerse ourselves in the sensory experience of our ancestors.
