Claude Monet's water worlds in pastel: painting weekend for all levels

This course is aimed at beginners and advanced pastel painters. After teaching the basics, we will look at the work of the Impressionist C. Monet, especially his pastel paintings, which are little known to the public. The focus will be on the theme of water in his work. Skies, water surfaces, reflections, rock formations, different lighting conditions and much more will be practiced. Pictures by C. Monet will serve as a source of inspiration for the creation of independent pastel paintings. Please bring along: Pastel or watercolor block (soft roughened paper), soft pastel crayons, pencil, kneaded eraser, pastel or drawing fixative, paper handkerchiefs, cloth, food.
