Boy2Girl

Free entry

When does a boy have to turn into a girl? When he wants to belong to a boy "gang" but the gang members don't want him!
Sam is too rough, rude, just a badly behaved brat, and he's American. The English boys' clique of 13-year-olds, "The Sheds", propose a very tough test to the macho boy, which he will never accept: He must dress, act and behave like a girl for a week when he starts at his new English school. But Sam agrees, because he wants to belong. And he soon becomes a member of the girl gang "The Bitches". No one doubts that he is the new girl Samantha from the USA. Until an inheritance and a song throw everything into disarray.

The humorous play boy2girl is based on the novel by Terence Blacker, tells of the entanglement of identity and gender and is suitable for pupils from Year 7 upwards.
