Charity concert for the cathedral

For more than half a century, the Pflüger Foundation has been a training center for young string talents between the ages of 3 and 18, located above the rooftops of Herdern with a view of Freiburg Cathedral. Founded in 1970 by Mr. and Mrs. Pflüger based on the idea of the ,,Yehudi Menuhin School" London and directed for many years by the internationally renowned violin professor Wolfgang Marschner, children and young people are trained here at a high level on the violin, viola and cello.

The students are very much looking forward to presenting their skills to an interested audience with a varied program, from baroque to contemporary, from solo to ensemble, with and without piano accompaniment, in the Humboldt Hall in the heart of Freiburg on June 16, 2024, thus supporting Freiburg Cathedral.
