The Schlossberg is a historical site that was left unwooded in the 11th century for strategic military reasons. Nowadays, however, there is once again a beautiful stand of trees. On a circular route, passing many a place steeped in history, we will botanically identify the most important local trees. You will also learn about their specific use in folk medicine and which parts of the trees are still sold in pharmacies today in the form of remedies. Which leaves and flowers are edible and can enrich the kitchen?
Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather. The excursion takes place in (almost) any weather.
