Baden and Swabian side dishes

In this course, we cook delicious side dishes that can be found everywhere in classic regional dishes: We'll start with spaetzle, try Kratzete and enjoy Schupfnudeln. The instructor will provide interesting tips on possible meat and vegetable additions, so that after the course we will be able to conjure up typical southern German dishes for our loved ones. - Please bring with you: Apron, tea towel, sealable containers.
