A Tribute to Cream, Bruce & Brown / Krissy Matthews & Friends

The evening in the Wodanhalle starts with three stars of the blues scene who have come together to pay tribute to the legendary band Cream and its songwriters Jack Bruce and Pete Brown. The performers are Malcom Bruce, the incredibly talented multi-instrumentalist and son of Cream bassist Jack Bruce, and the legendary drummer Felix Lehrmann from Berlin. Together with Krissy Matthews on guitar, who will be performing his own songs later in the evening, they form the sensational line-up for a magnificent show in honor of Cream and their secret fourth man, songwriter Pete Brown.
Krissy Matthews, Norwegian-British guitarist, learned his instrument at the age of eight and John Mayall brought him on stage at the age of twelve. He has now been touring with the Hamburg Blues Band for years. His straightforward, powerful and explosive guitar playing was recognized in 2017 with an invitation to the WDR Rockpalast.
