The Schürzenjäger full of new inspiration and energy!
The SCHÜRZENJÄGER under the direction of Alfred Eberharter jun. have already released two new songs in 2024
There's a lot going on around the Schürzenjäger...
Dominik 'Ofi' Ofner has fully established himself as the new frontman and is proving to be an absolute
hit. With ground-breaking energy, he carries the band and fans alike along with him and truly heralded a "new era" for
- as if a lost Schürzenjäger son had finally returned home.
He even knows how to breathe new life into the earliest Schürzenjäger classics, making the band's live
spectrum more diverse than ever: Traditional folk music meets that of modern times and
is spiced up with elements of rock, country and blues.
The Schürzenjäger are no longer unknown in the USA either. In the summer of 2023, the band was a guest at
at the "German Fest" in Milwaukee and wowed audiences there as well as here in Germany.
Immediately afterwards, they returned to their beloved Zillertal to let the "Finkenberg Open Air" crash
- as always a homecoming. On a completely full festival meadow, the fans
experienced a firework of emotions, joy of playing and a great Ziach spectacle.
The music resounds in the valley, new times have dawned and old roots are being revived - the
Schürzenjäger are really stepping on the gas again.
The Schürzenjäger are one of the few bands that manage to give alpine rock the appropriate
breadth. The Wall Of Sound - or rather: Mountains Of Sound!
