About the people: Rik Mayer grew up between the flavors of Sri Lanka and Hong Kong. This cultural diversity, inspired by his travels and experiences around the world, continues to shape his style to this day: curious, cosmopolitan and always on the lookout for new combinations. With rik.mayer.concepts, he brings this understanding of food as an experience to curated pop-up formats that tell stories and bring people together.
Marc Seeger is the founder of the permaculture garden Dornensilber, where he works with regenerative micro-agriculture in a manual and life-centered way. His range includes over 150 products - from edible flowers and wild herbs to spices and dried flowers. The diversity in the field can be experienced in the taste of the specialties and means a high degree of biodiversity
