Matinee: Archaeology meets natural science

Festivals
Colombischlössle – Archäologisches Museum (archaeological museum "Colombischlössle")

The archaeological museum "Colombischlössle" invites interested parties to a matinee on the connection between archaeology and natural science. Archaeological finds are more than just silent testimonies to past cultures. With the help of scientific methods, the use of finds and even personal identities can be deciphered more and more. Using selected examples, archaeologist and anthropologist Julie Bauduin presents modern analyses that make archaeological finds "speak". The clarinet trio "Clarioso" led by Bärbel Gebhard, Martin Barth and Stefan Schmid will accompany the event with music. Participation costs 5 euros, concessions 4 euros. Tickets are available in the online store.
