Puppet theater: PIPPI LANGSTRUMPF IN THE VILLA KUNTERBUNT
Pippi Longstocking lives with her horse "Little Uncle" and her little monkey "Mr. Nilsson" in Villa Kunterbunt, on the outskirts of a small town.
Pippi Longstocking is wonderfully naughty and non-conformist. This also pleases the neighboring children Tommi and Annika, with whom she makes friends.
However, the teacher and head of child welfare, Miss Prysselius, thinks that it is unacceptable for a little girl to live all alone in such a big house and wants to take her to a children's home with the help of policeman Klamm. Things get even more dangerous when the thief Donner Karlsson turns up and wants to steal Pippi's gold coins. He has already snatched the sweets that Pippi gave the children.
But as the strongest girl in the world, she knows how to defend herself against adversity and puts a spoke in everyone's wheel.
How she does this is revealed to the audience, young and old, in an exciting and funny performance.
Striking characters and beautiful, lovingly hand-painted backdrops with great attention to detail round off this live experience, which lasts 50 minutes.
The play is adapted for children aged 2 and over.
