Left-wing politics and traces of the Holocaust: Michael Moos reads from his autobiography

Lectures, readings & discussions
Haslach District Library

The lawyer Michael Moos is a veteran of left-wing politics in Freiburg. It is less well known that Moos was born in Tel Aviv because his Jewish parents had fled from Ulm to Tel Aviv to escape National Socialism. Moos will read from his autobiography "Und nichts wurde mehr, wie es war..." (And nothing became as it was...) about growing up in Ulm as a returnee "caught between two stools", about the dramas and traumas of his family, his politicization in the city's most turbulent days and his many years of work as a criminal defence lawyer. In cooperation with the Haslacher Wundertüte.
