Information event on the mentoring program
The mentoring program supports migrant women on their way into the job market. For around nine months, a woman with professional experience (mentor) accompanies her mentee as a contact person and companion. Together they develop career goals and exchange experiences.
Regular networking meetings in Freiburg and online workshops offer space for exchange, motivation and mutual inspiration.
The program strengthens the professional integration of migrant women and facilitates valuable contacts in the world of work. The program coordinators from the Contact Point Women and Work Freiburg - Southern Upper Rhine support the participants throughout the entire duration of the program.
