Ice bathing in Freiburg

We meet every Sunday at 10:00 am at lake park "Seepark" in Freiburg, at the lake stage, to go into the cold water together. Participation is free and everyone is welcome - whether young or old, beginner or experienced. The only important thing is that you are healthy and have no heart or vascular disease, for example. Otherwise, anyone can take part. We are a friendly, open and relaxed group in which everyone can feel comfortable. After ice swimming, we often go for a coffee together. Sometimes there is also yoga, breathwork or other small sessions - completely relaxed and voluntary. Please bring a towel: - Towel - Swimsuit (preferably already dressed) - Warm clothes for afterwards And of course: a good mood �� Come along, feel the power of the cold water and start your Sunday refreshed.
