Conscious tasting gives rise to self-confident, individual taste. Theory and practice are interwoven in a varied way in this seminar and all topics are explained using special taste samples and selected wines and many practical sensory tests, e.g. also with black glasses. Questions such as: What role do the nose and palate play? How important are temperature, glasses, time of day and food? How are wines officially sensory tested?
