Awaken the creative power. Meditation seminar
All artists connect to a source of being that Thich Nhat Hanh called "the True Self". However, you don't need academically recognized artistic talent to be creative. Perhaps you want to plant a garden, open a business or accompany people on their journey. Your True Self is just waiting to send you impulses and ideas. Mindfulness practice gives you confidence in this inner voice and gives you the stability not to be distracted by external obstacles.we sit on the cushion or chair in a gentle Zen style. Participants listen to talks and guided meditations, sit in silence and do walking meditation in space and in the forest. Apart from two round-table discussions, the seminar takes place in silence... An optional morning meditation is offered at 7.00 am and an evening meditation at 7.30 pm. Overnight stays in the house are obligatory for the development of inner silence and for this seminar concept, so overnight stays and meals in the house are mandatory for participants and must be booked in addition to the course. Please bring a vegetarian meal with you: Socks, comfortable clothing, possibly a cloth to wrap yourself in while meditating. Meditation cushions are available.
Course leader: Irgang, Margrit. The speaker is a writer and meditation teacher.
